T2Dublin Airport is one of Europe’s busiest airports, with more than 46 airlines providing scheduled flights to over 190 destinations. There are services to 29 airports in the UK, an ever-expanding network to over 100 European airports and 180 flights each week to the USA. The majority of UK and continental European airports are served by reasonably priced flights on the main Irish based airlines, Ryanair and Aer Lingus. Dublin airport has two terminals (1 & 2).
The airport is approximately 18km from the conference venue at the University College Dublin Belfield campus, with taxi, bus and coach links. The simplest way to get from the airport to UCD Belfield and many southside hotels is the Aircoach 700 service.

UCD Belfield Campus

 The UCD Belfield campus is served by frequent bus connections; the 39A bus from the city centre runs into the campus, while the frequent 46A, 145, and 155 buses stop at the campus gates, about 500m from the venue.

Dublin BusThe Lochlann Quinn School of Business, Belfield, is is building no 49 on the UCD Belfield campus map. The nearest bus stop is 200m away near building no 69 on the campus map, marked on Google Maps as "UCD bus station", is served by the frequent 39A bus from the city centre and the S6 bus from Dundrum to Blackrock.
The bus stops at the top of the campus map at the "R138" entrance to the UCD Belfield campus are served by the frequent 46A, 145, and 155 bus routes from the city and by the Aircoach 700 direct service from the airport.

Dublin buses can be paid for by an electronic card known as a "Leap Card" or you can pay €2.60 in cash, exact coins only. The Leap Visitor card allows unlimited travel for 3 days or 7 days and can be purchased at the airport or you can order one by post before you arrive. However, this is not valid on the special airport buses, including the Aircoach 700 service that travels to UCD and neighbouring hotels. However, you can travel from the airport using this card if you travel on the regular No.16 bus.

A taxi from the airport to UCD costs approximately €40-€50.

The conference is taking place during the mid term break in UCD Belfield (Venue: Lochlann Quinn School of Business, Belfield), and campus accommodation is not available during this time of the year. 

Participants should beware of scams, as some scammers use the conference name without our knowledge. Participants should only book on reputable sites.
